I live in Colorado and I am considering a second home so that I can be near my son and his family. Even though he lives in the Tampa area I felt that the city of Lakeland, FL would suit my needs and preferences. I was referred to Maria and she was very responsive and very prompt in locating homes that could be of interest to me. I made a special trip to FL to view the homes. Maria is very professional. There is no hard sell and I really felt that she was looking out for me and my interests. Although I have not yet made a decision to buy a home, Maria gave me her undivided attention nonetheless.
